Dr Katsis is attentive, patient, and communicative. The staff is great! They are very helpful. The business hours and locations make it very easy to schedule. As a non insurance patient I appreciated that they worked with me in terms of payment plan. - CB

Dr. John Katsis is a total pleasure to work with! Very down-to-earth, personable, and with a sense of humor. Has a wonderful staff; all of them treat me like a friend. I actually enjoy going there, which is not my usual reaction when getting my teeth worked on. I had a severe bite problem; my upper and lower jaws were going out of allignment. I literally could not bite through food anymore; could only chew food. Had to eat everything with knife and fork. 3 different dentists told me they thought only surgical jaw reconstruction could fix this. They told me it would be a miserable proceedure during which my jaws would be wired shut for 6 weeks, and I could only "eat" through a straw. I also found out this proceedure would cost between 22 and 24 thousand dollars, and that Medicare would not pay for it! Although it took a full 2 years, Dr. John completely fixed my bite with retainers and straps, and charged me $5100, which I paid in monthly installments. This is nothing short of a miracle for me! I cannot recommend anyone higher than Dr. John Katsis, and all his staff.

Dr. Katsis and his staff are friendly and efficient. Though it can get crowded, everything goes in order and is done quickly. The Bartlett office is in a residential neighborhood but a small parking lot is located behind the office. Getting a non-school time slot for an appointment can be tricky.
