I highly recommend Therese Rog! I had been having a lot of discomfort in my shoulder / arm area and just finished a massage with Therese Rog. It was wonderful- both during and after - and has given me relief from this chronic pain. My entire body feels so much better !

Therese Rog is an excellent massage therapist. Her expertise is demonstrated visit after visit as she works areas of tension away. Therese is a good listener but more importantly she can "listen" to the body and its reaction to the massage, adjusting where needed. You may feel sore after the first massage or two but then you'll discover how each massage builds on the previous. Therese is highly recommended.

I had suffered from shoulder and neck pain for years before I started getting regular massages at Massage Movement, based on the recommendation of a friend about 14 months ago. Over time Therese unwound years of overworked and under-stretched muscles, which realigned my shoulders and neck, leaving me pain-free. Ive started to play tennis again and have full range of motion too! Thereses massage work has become part of my wellness routine, as she adjusts each massage to fit my bodys needs. Her professionalism, knowledge and experience are off the charts, and I would highly recommend anyone looking to achieve healthier muscle elasticity and freer body movement to call Therese and start the process!

Therese is a lifesaver! I went to her a few years ago, for running related injuries. Then, took time off, and started again about 2 years ago when I started to get miserable headaches. Seeing Therese is now something that is part of my routine, and one of my favorite parts. Her work is wonderful, my headaches have subsided and it has overall helped with my wellbeing. She is excellent, passionate about her work and works wonders! I highly recommend her.

I have been working with Therese for only three months, but the improvements have been amazing. I have experienced episodes of severe lower back pain for over 25 years, and for the first time in decades I can play Golf without experiencing any lower back pain at all. I would recommend Therese without condition or hesitation.
