Tom was a complete professional when it came to being my insurance advisor. He provided me with the best rates and policy regarding auto, home and life insurance. I had my auto and homeowners policy with him which was a really positive experience as he was honest, educational and informative. I later added a life insurance policy which was the same great experience. He provided me with the best options and showed a great level of care. I plan on recommending him to my friends and family. The WORST experience of our lives with insurance. We had 5 policies with them. Do yourself a favor, find someone else. We had one claim, as did everyone in our neighborhood from a horrible hailstorm. Tom sent out one of his 'guys'. He estimated a fraction of the damage so they didn't have to pay. Erie Insurance was aware of our issues with Tom Mueller, that was the only thing that saved us. Yeah ...... keep going .......

Insurance is a necessity and sometimes confusing.  That is why trust in an Agency is so important.  KLM is the best I have ever worked with and I highly recommend them.  Tom & Sharon are great people and ever so helpful!
