I wanted to take the time to write this review as I have done a lot of business with Property Managers, Owners, and Builders. Opulence and Debra are the first property management company that Truly Care about the residents and the condition of the units. They proactively addressed concerns, while saving the owners' money and alleviating headaches. Opulence and Debra were a delight and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend.

I was referred to Debra at Opulence by a friend. I called and spoke with Debra for over an hour. She answered all my questions. She gave me suggestions. She took her time with me, knowing I was not going to be ready to pull the trigger. This is rare and very much appreciated. I will return to her when I am able to move forward.
