Stay Away!  These people committed fraud both identity and criminal and criminal theft.  If you are reading this know they are not who they say they are and if you give them money you will not see it again

I bought my first house using Hector (who was the seller's agent) and was very impressed at his willingness to take the time to explain everything to me, and by the end I felt very comfortable and understanding of the home-buying process. I'm surprised to see only bad reviews, as I found them to be nothing but polite, communicative and easy to deal with. I never once had to leave a voicemail either, he always picks up the phone. I would use them again 100%.

Stay away, no run away from this less than honest group of people - Labra Group, L Shakman, etc.  They caused damage to my unit by using non licensed plumbers and would not pay for repairs, after waiting months, providing multiple photos and having 2 representatives personally acknowledging damage was caused by them.   If there was a zero rating I would have picked that.   Shame on the FHA for doing business with these people .

Avoid these realtors at all costs.  These realtors are super lazy and very rude.  My partner hired them to sell one our properties that was occupied with a tenant.  The tenants were going to move out soon, but were OK with showing the property. On two occasions, the showing time did not work for the tenants.  Hector, from Labra Realtors, suggested that we (the sellers) handle the showing!  We live at least 45-60 minutes away from the property.  It is not our job to handle the showings.  That is why we hired him!!  When I confronted Hector about not doing his job, he became angry and was rude.The nerve of this realtor, who didn't want to do his job, but expected to collect a commission!
