      image The team arrived quickly in an emergency situation and knew exactly what to do. The techs (Joshua and I didn't catch the second guy's name) performing the repair were kind, respectful and got the job done. Kevin on the restoration side was very kind and knowledgeable as well. Unfortunately mine is a big job, required repair yesterday, removal and cleanup tomorrow and then I'll be on my own to renovate to get the area back. It's not cheap, but I want this done right and everyone I've worked with has been kind and thorough. They have a team that also works with insurance and adjusters so they took care of all the pics and will handle all the paperwork. Now just to hope insurance comes through for me!
