I called twice today and was put on hold for 20 minutes until I hung up. I understand they are probably busy but I would have appreciated if they mentioned how long the wait time would be beforehand. They should have more people assisting phone calls. My in person visits are usually fine, but the experience with calling was not organized. I found the staff here very helpful but the also gave me appropriate space. The eye doctor here was extremely informative and helpful as well - and went into greater detail about my eye health than other doctors had shared in the past. AND, while I waited for my special order contact lenses to arrive, the staff worked with me to find a temporary solution for lenses that I needed for a special event. I found everyone to be positive and professional here - and I love my new frames and lenses as well! I found the staff here very helpful but the also gave me appropriate space. They are the worst I ordered glasses well over a month ago and still havent received them no one has reached out to me at all I asked for my money back and I still havent received it you all are the worst I will NEVER EVER shop with you all again I just want my money back thats it
