They don't have enough bilingual staff and I had to wait more than an hour...

This is a bad location! I have previously used visionworks but it seems like they have new front desk staff that don't treat customers well. My appointment was canceled because I was 7 minutes late with rush hour traffic. Did not check with the doctor and said he had already left! They did not mention any disclaimers while scheduling or confirming the appointment. I wasted 45 minutes of my time driving to the location. Very disappointing.

SACM!!! I got slapped with a $35 bill for some Retinol image nonsense. The associate conveniently forgot to mention that insurance won't cover it or bother asking if I wanted to skip it. I only found out about the surprise bill after the exam. I hope I can give ZERO star. Also, I didn't even request or authorize a contact lens test, and they just went ahead and did it. They slapped me with a $50 charge for it. This is an absolute rip-off! The cashier lady's attitude is absolutely terrible.
