Association for Individual Development (AID)

I called multiple times, left my number for them to call back. Never got a call back. I drove to their office and told them I called and they said "we don't just make an appointment with a psychiatrist, you need to see a therapist first" I said ok and asked if I could make an appointment with the therapist...there is a 6-8 month waiting list. If you need to see a therapist immediately, like me, don't go here. The receptionist is also very rude and dismissive.

Unprofessional. They hire just anyone. I know someone that works there and she shouldn't be anywhere near a kid. Her name is Debbie Cortes.

Major problems in employee turnover the average Counsler and case managers rlength of employment is only 1 to2 years . This affects the client's ability to build a meaningful relationship of trust when there turnover rate is so high.

They have helped me so much in the psychiatrist that I seen is amazing and the front desk receptionist they are so sweet
