Naperville resident; I am sorry you feel that way. I have over 500 reviews saying otherwise. So, my guess is you are either a:1. competitor and you want me to have negative reviews2. a vendor that wants my business and I do not have the time to respond to 3. a one-off situation with a customer that I would like to dig into and fix this individual problem. We have processes in place for everything but admittedly we do get overwhelmed with incoming calls and emails. With phone calls we literally have 3 people scrambling to return a missed phone call and I have 100% confidence in that. If it is an email I missed or someone on my staff missed I am terribly sorry. I get an email a minute --- over 350 emails a day. I spend easily 4 hours or more a day responding to emails. My customers regularly note that I respond on weekends, late at night etc. I do try my very hardest to keep up. Again-- if I missed yours I am terribly sorry. I wish you had the courage or temerity to identify yourself so we could use the review for what it is designed for-- to give feedback for a specific product or service. I will, however, continue to work hard to reduce the chaos and get better at emails. Best regards, Mary Schur
