        Have been dealing with this Farmers Insurance agency for a few years now and I wouldn't change and go elsewhere . They are terrific. Besides being professional, they are our neighbors, kind and friendly. A great place to have confidently all your insurance needs.

        A recent hail storm swept through South Naperville this past Memorial Day.  Hundreds of home were impacted in our neighborhood alone.  Farmers Insurance has been spectacular!  Agents, adjusters and claims specialist have gone beyond what I ever could have expected.  Both claims on our home (roof, skylights, cedar siding and gutters) and our automobile were handled expediently and with the highest level of professionalism.Not being one to put a lot of stock in social media complaining, I was absolutely shocked at the amount of hassle and non-responsiveness many of our neighbors were encountering with other insurance companies.  I have no idea if my premiums are higher than other major carriers; but I can say that I won't be leaving Farmers any time soon.
