I recently just move to the Covey At Fox Valley in September 2023 I love the area and the atmosphere. If I have any problems with my apartment the maintenance team is quick and they get the job done properly Thank u Megan for my apartment and making it feel like I am at home. She help me with my whole entire process of moving in into my first apartment and being patient with me. Thank You Megan and the whole entire team at covey at fox valley!!!!! I would be definitely recommended people to move here I Am At Home!!!!

We booked an apartment online and paid the advance and just around a month before our move in date I got a phone call from Covey saying we will not be getting the apartment. There was no email or official mail sent to us stating the reason for not giving the apartment . They just deleted our profile from the rentcafe portal without any notice. Since then for 6 months I am still trying to get the full money I paid them for the apartment that we were never given. This is borderline fraud. I am sending emails to the manager Megan & calling her on phone and even went to their office once in person and everytime they give an excuse that the check is being processed and everytime they say I will get the full money I paid by next week and this is going on for 6 months now. I dont know if I should ask an attorney about this. Don't book an apartment here and lose your money for an apartment you won't get. I see there was another person with a similar review and looks to me this leasing agency is untrustworthy and repeat fraud.

I am really very disappointed with the administration staff because you pay on time, they ask you for money before giving you the apartment and the deposit and everything, but of course they do not give you the apartment, ah but now I am waiting for the refund of my deposit and since June they have been just giving excuses and they have not been responsible.
