If I can rate the stay at this place, I would rate it a negative 0. Maintenace half ass fix things and when it breaks, they want to charge you for everything. Don't let me get on the office staff omg the worst ever! Watch out for Sandra she is the evilest and most heartless person. She will pretend like she's there to help, but Shes there to make your stay a living hell. They have a pool and a so call workout room that is only open during office hours, which I think the hours needs to be extended for the tenants that get off after work office hours. The washers and dryers are always broken. They want to charge too much for rent for such little space. I recommend not to stay in this dump. They want to charge the amount of rent as if you stay in downtown Chicago when honestly the max rent should be no more than $700-750 for a 2bedroom.

DO NOT MOVE HERE you will pay full priced rent for housing authority standards. The management is RUDE. They dont repair things unless it is an emergency that affects other units. The trash compactor is always overflowing. I was racially profiled on more than one occasion and management will harass you. They lied and said I had a smoke complaint during a fire alarm, then when I stated my intention to obtain the report- the story changed to a fireman said this to another tenant, but I was the first to evacuate and not one person outside spoke English. If you dont have any option- I understand but dont move here unless you must. Its been a horrific experience. Every day theres something being taped to the door instead of them addressing problem tenants directly. I only put 1 star because 0 isnt an option. Avoid this place at all costs.
