This place have nice units!! The hot water does not work too often its sad when nothing is being done. The city of Aurora inspect the building and nobody is resolving the real issue which is theres no hot water. Ive been without hot water the whole weekend sad!! I wouldnt recommend living here

The management staff is professional and helpful, the building is clean and peaceful. The location is close to downtown Aurora events.

Underneath my sink is falling apart And leaking water always smell like weed and other funny stinky smells

This is a great place ! The apartment are freshly painted clean appliances and laundry rooms on every floor. Very diverse ,and different walks of life .very friendly neighbors. Building well secure gated community and video surveillance. People trying to live and let live at a low cost rent$.But if not keep it moving.Because the struggle is real

They need to clean out venting system because the heat isnt working like it should and washers dont work on other side of building.the Heating are filthy they need new ones
