The Mayan

I never expected to find a luxury apartment in the middle of the City and with historic charm! Beautiful wood flooring, marble window sills and stainless steel appliances. The Mayan is quaint, quiet and only steps away to the river walk and local entertainment. It really helps that the property manager, Fernando Castrejon, is a local historian. He takes pride in tenants loving our homes and made sure my move was successful. The common areas are kept fresh and clean. There is a waiting list to get in, but well worth the wait!

This apartment will likely be my most favorite one I've ever lived in. The property manager is incredibly nice, fair, and responds immediately to any problems you have. Of the minimal maintenance I've needed, it's fixed within 20 hours of me writing the request. The people who live in the building are giving and courteous. The facility itself is clean, quiet, and overall a wonderful place to live. I can't say enough good things about renting here. The only reason I left is due to having to relocate for a new job opportunity, but I'd surely stay here for years to come if that wasn't the case!

The Mayan is great. The building is very clean and units are beautiful, neighbors are friendly and quiet. Management and maintenance are always available and helpful. All in all, a very unique, safe and relaxed environment.

My wife and I have been staying at the Mayan for 1 year and are pleased to say we have renewed our lease for another year. In our experience, Fernando (property manager) is attentive to the needs of the tenents and as rarely an issue is raised he adresses it timely and appropriately.

We just moved into the luxury apartment complex the Mayan. And luxury it is from the beautiful floors, Whirpool appliances to gorgeous Moen fixtures. There was definitely thought and detail given with the resident in mind when remodeling the building. My husband and I relocated here and Fernando could not have been more helpful in making our transition seamless. We also appreciate all his help with getting to know our new neighborhood including the history. We couldn't be happier with our decision. Jose with maintenance is outstanding. Thank you!
