I went in and spoke with Lainie regarding my current monthly rate for possible reduction. She took my information and foward it to corporate, within a short period results came back with a reduction in my rate. This reduction in my monthly rate is such a blessing at a time so many people are struggling to financially get by. I am thankful for Lainie and for all the great work she does for us the customers.
