Sally is very caring and thoughtful. She helped us with our questions in regards to tax when we were just friends! So when we planned on moving out of state, she is the one and only real estate agent we wanted to hire and we 100% trusted. She is extremely helpful, she is prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Our house got four offers from first two days of showing. And the selling process was smooth and successful thanks to Sally. It is worry-free if you have her! Sally is more than just an agent!

We bought our single family house and also sold townhome through Sally. We really enjoyed working with her during both selling and buying process. During the buying process, Sally was very patient and always responded to our questions quickly. Also, Sally was very knowledgeable about the market trend and neighborhood. When there were multiple strong offers, Sally provided good and smart strategies. Lastly, as buyers agent, Sally never pushed us to buy a house which I really appreciated. During the selling process, Sally was very detail oriented. She gave us recommendations such as how to staging the house, what were good selling points to post on website. In addition, it was challenging to sell a house during holiday season and the mortgage rate was still very high. Sally did a lot of comparisons among the houses in our neighborhood and suburb to analyze the market trend which helped us decide the reasonable selling price. We were glad that we received multiple good offers in the first week! Lastly, during the buying and selling process, Sally frequently communicated status with us and kept us informed. We enjoyed the whole smooth process and would definitely refer her to any potential buyer/seller.
