We cannot imagine having bought our first home without Laura! She is knowledgeable about every aspect of the process and has a contact for every service she isnt a part of. We used the lender, lawyer, inspector, and even the movers she recommended and couldnt be happier with the service from all. She is highly accessible and responsive too, which is great when you are a first time buyer! We were also really impressed with her willingness to let us know which homes would be a better future value for resale even though they were less expensive than our other options. Basically, I feel like she really cared that we would be happy, get a good deal, and have the best future prospects. We will definitely be going to Laura for our next home, both to sell and buy. We will be recommending her to anyone looking!!!

My wife & I were in the process of purchasing our first house, and we could not imagine doing so without Laura! She was proactive in suggesting houses that met our criteria, creating efficient schedules to view listings, and obtaining additional information she thought we might like to know. She was also extremely responsive anytime you needed. If you had a request for the seller she was on it immediately & had it back to you immediately (and without asking twice). If you just needed to ask a professional opinion on a house, she was also there to give you a well-rounded and considerate answer. Laura also had an expansive network of contractors & home-related services, as well as extensive market knowledge. The only downside to Laura closing our house so quick is that we will not see her quite as much anymore! 10/10 - would recommend Laura Wenger!

These were our second and third transactions with Laura. She makes the process of buying and/or selling as easy and painless as possible. She was very knowledgeable in the intricacies of each Northwestern Suburban area that we looked in and her advice was spot on. A perfect 10! Ive dealt with many many realtors over the years and Laura is the very best they come. She lives in the area and has a wealth of knowledge about the market. She was straightforward, extremely helpful, punctual and meticulous throughout the entire selling process, even though we were out of state at the time. 3 other homes in the subdivision came out on the market around the same time ours did and they are still there. Ours sold over asking and closed in 2 weeks! Thank you, thank you, and thank you!
