NIGHTMARE BRIDAL DRESS EXPERIENCE. I ordered a dress 12 months in advance for my July 2023 wedding. Monique took full payment for the dress up front and then strung me along for roughly 9 months PRETENDING she had ordered my dress. In February she notified me that my dress had arrived in store. We rescheduled my pick up date 3 separate times. Each time she cancelled my pick up appointment she would change the excuse. First it was that her store flooded, then it was that she had back issues and required surgery, the last time she apparently didnt have a cancellation excuse ready because she proceeded to no-show and then go dark on me for a couple days after until finally calling me. At the final attempt what should have been obvious the entire time became clear Monique never ordered my dress. We went to the store (this is in April at this point) and she had a dress in a bag that was not my dress. In her last attempt to cover her tracks she conjured up the lie that the designer had sent the wrong dress in the wrong size back in February and she had never bothered to open the bag and confirm the order. When I pointed out that this felt like a lie again she promised me it wasnt and proceeded to fake a phone call in front of me with the designer to figure out how to make this right and find my dress that she was still claiming she had ordered. When I left the store I called the designer directly and they confirmed what I knew deep down all along through all the red flags.Monique was lying to me from the beginning and had never ordered my dress. They also confirmed that Monique had not called them earlier that day when I was with her. Monique still has yet to come clean to me directly, even when I gave her multiple opportunities. The designer was shocked that this had occurred and luckily worked with me to do a crazy rush order on my original dress. If they hadnt been willing to work with me, Monique would have left me high and dry without a dress 3 months out from my wedding with very limited options. If you have ordered a dress from this store anytime in the last 12 months I would urge you to CALL THE DESIGNER AND CONFIRM YOUR DRESS WAS ORDERED. You can find your designers phone number on their individual websites. Ive learned this is not uncommon for brides to do and you can simply say youre looking to confirm when the dress will be finished. I wish I had done this months ago when the red flags started to occur.

Very unprofessional! Had an appointment with my friend to get her dress they first ordered it on the wrong color! Than weeks later they claim my appointment was scheduled for next week and not today! Come to find out they are all on vacation and the boutique is closed! The wedding is approaching very quickly and dress still needs to be alerted!! I wish I could leave 0 starts!

I got to take my time trying on the gowns, comparing what I did and didn't like and wasn't rushed. The owner was fantastic and helpful when it came down to narrowing it down and I found my dress that day!

Worst experience of my life it should not take you 7 months to get my dress! Im very disappointed and its very unprofessional. They rather go on vacation than make your customer a priority. Do not go here. Dont waste your money here.
