I have a friend who lives in the community and has been there for some time. One of the things I wanted to inquire about is the integrity and honesty of the management team. My friend has mentioned to me that upon moving in there were a bunch of utility charges that were added on without discussion or warning. Upon doing my own research and inquiring about the community, it seems as if my friend is correct. When I emailed them my all-in price, the only utility fee they gave me was around $49 for internet. They then asked for the unit size that I was inquiring about, which I gave them 2 times already. They would not share the utility package information over email. Some of the hidden fees you may look forward to upon moving in are $5.00 pest control, $25.00 for trash, and a $20.00 electric utility charge on top of paying ComEd electric. The utilities do vary based on usage. For a 2 bed 2 bath the water is roughly $50.00, gas is also roughly $50.00. ComEd is close to $100.00 monthly according to a resident that lives there. In unit washer and dryer is also $50.00 which they do disclose that information on a tour. If anyone is looking to lease here you can expect your all-in price to be an additional $250.00 - $350.00 in utilities. The rent may be lower for this community compared to surrounding areas but they will blind side you with the additional utilities once you have already signed the lease. On top of the sketchy word play to get you to sign a lease, this community has a huge pest issue. The first floor units are crawling with ants and you will find them in every room of your home. Your packages are not safe as well so be sure to have amazon on speed dial if you plan on ordering anything to your home. You will need to call constantly to get refunded. Overall I was very disappointed in the lack of honesty this management team has displayed.

I am lived here for 6yrs, location and neighborhood is good, but problem is with apartment maintenance, they dont come in time, after logging compliant they take 2-3 days to send maintenance guy, even in case of emergency situation like toilet clogged, sink clogged and if water spilling out on floor they dont care. This I experienced here from last one year

I cant wait to move out..there are some people stealing packages i got mind stole at least 5 times within year.. so i reported to office but seems like they ignored it..maybe security camera doesnt work? First of all its pretty simple catch package stealing person since most people will get pictures of packages where delivery person put their packages at like could be corner of floor or some spot(and time too)"they wont put them at blind spot* this could be serious issue if someone packages worth hundreds or thousands dollars worth items* other biggest issue for this apartment its unregistered residents like two bedroom unit tons of roommates caused lack of parking spot..seems like manager doing her job but lack of support..could be lazy co worker or lenders

I pay around $2000 for 2 bhk appartment. We been living here from last 1 year . Appartments are not even worth for the money we pay. I would have put in atleast 20 to 25 maintenance requests from last 1 year . They all are very old . One good thing all maintaince people come in 48 hours and fix the problem but we can't just live in broken appartments. I did shift appartments but nothing changed. There is no mail box system where packages are just thrown near the front of building. I have lost so many packages and less or no action is taken by management on it. There are robbers everywhere who alws steal packages at stonebridge in whatever building you live . Walls are fully cracked, bathroom has water clogged alws as it was not built right way bcz of which lot of fungus gets accumulated. Door locks are so old anyone can break into it.
