The service at this location is top notch. They had my car dignosed quickly and told me what had to be replaced, what should be replaced, and what could be saved. I felt in control the whole time, there was no pressure. The repairs were completed when they said they would be and there were no hidden costs. My car drives great now, 100% fixed. This shop is run with honesty and integrity. I will be back for maintenance and repairs in the future.

I bought the lifetime alignment package and they were unable to fully align my vehicle due to a rusted camber bolt. Surprising since I replaced most of those parts not that long ago. However, the technician came out and explained everything to me and said if I did replace those parts again they would finish aligning the car.

Visited Firestone as I needed assistance with my tires. The gentleman at the desk was wonderful. Very polite, helpful. Serviced the car quickly. Would definitely recommend this Firestone location.

Ive been coming to this Firestone for years, and have always felt like the do a thorough and satisfactory job on my car. They do not nickel and dime you and Gunther (manager) and Donald (tech) are the best guys to communicate with. They are honest, fair and genuinely want your car to run well. I will remain a loyal customer to them for years to come!
