Buffalo Wild Wings

Everytime I go to this location, I keep asking myself why I keep coming back. The food is decent, not terrible but also not great. The service is what's lacking the most. The servers are not very attentive. This last visit, the server dropped off our food and never came back to check on us. There was only one other table, so it wasn't like they were busy.

Quality in food and service has drastically decreased over the years. Most recently, I was told that I could only order one sauce for my order of wings. Only reason I continued going back in the first place is because their sauces - now I can't even get that. Needless to say, I won't be back anytime soon.

Last time I order from here. My order was $50+ and included two baskets of fries, but this is what I received (2 small boxes with one Half way full) Ive order from here before and I have received a bigger box for a basket of fries. I called the store and the manager didnt even speak to me. The manager told the associate that what I received is the amount of each basket, really? As you can see, the box is not even full. So, each of this box is worth $6.49? I dont think so. The associate that I spoke to was very kind, but I cant say the same thing about management as they dont even bother to take a call for a complaint. Even the associate acknowledged that a basket of fries is a rectangular box. This does not look rectangular to me.

The wait was terrible. Very busy location. Wings were overcooked which made them dry. The machine couldn't read my gift card at the register.
