The service this day was terrible. Upon ordering our appetizer and then meal our server took 30mins to bring out a salad. This server does not bring my burger at the same time and stated the kitchen usually mistakes a salad for an appetizer and the burger will be out in 2 minutes. This server was also eating behind the counter and another 20minutes went by and still no burger. My friend also asked her for a water and the server was on her phone and talking to her coworkers. The burger finally came out and Took the food home. This server also got mad because we did not leave a tip! This was the worst service ever!

Where do I even begin. The service was dry and cold. Our waitress took our drink orders, and my coke was brought only 30 minutes later. The rest of my families drink orders had to be canceled, because it had already been 40 minutes and our waitress had never stopped by to bring drinks or give any updates. After 50 minutes, and one to many one second later, our food was brought. We had ordered 30 traditional wings and there about 5 boneless in the mix. She brought no napkins, no plates, no ranch, no vegetables, and no silverware. Not to mention, there was about 5 tables with people. It was not even busy. Would never go here again and never recommend it.

Rude Customer Service: I usually do not have a problem with BWW but today I got to say something about that. I placed an order through BWW website for delivery. 30 mn later the status of the order changed to " delivered ". I called BWW to understand what was going on. A girl name Ciara first answered the phone. She didnt have no clue what I was talking about. Three minutes in that conversation and some white lady joined the conversation without introducing herself and rudely say " we don't have a delivery service, you have to call Doordash. I informed the lady I did not place my order through Doordash. If BWW use DD for delivery so to me it totally made sense that BBW checked with their partner and inform me of the status of my order. I explained to the lady on the phone that BWW marked the order delivered on their website. The white lady proceeded to hang up the phone brutally. My wife called back and asked to talk to a Manager and she was hung up on. She tried again three times and 3 times she was hung up on. The fourth time somebody else picked up the phone and pretended there was no manager at the moment. If BWW wants to use third party delivery service that's fine but dont't expect the customer to know who your partner is. Also why should the customer go out of their way to track and order that the customer does not have any information about?
