I am very pleased with the service and communication I received from Evans. What was a small thing became a big thing and they were able to stand behind their work and communicate in a timely matter. Probably won't use this place again nor recommend them to anyone I know. Though they were on time and very personable, the first time they fixed the shower there was only scalding water coming out of the faucet. They came back to fix this and even though the plate and knob clearly show which direction is hot and which is cold, they set it up backwards. He even came in to tell me that he did it backwards. So he knew it was wrong before he left. What if grandkids or children were to use that shower-they would definitely get burned. I don't believe this is the way to do business. And I will now have to pay to have this corrected just to keep my family safe. What a shame.
