        Does not even take the time to send invoices to the correct addresss although billing instructions are on rate con. Holds up payments. Unprofessional and does not care about timeliness at all.

        I've been with Gap Factoring since 2018. They have been great in buying my loads. I've never had a charge back. The girls whom I have talked to are very courteous and have helped me in a very prompt way. The rate they charge is very reasonable. I will never change until I retire.
