So very disappointed. I paid my car out for a year and the lovely people at your twin falls branch screwed up my payment. I hit a bump in life and my income significantly decreased. Two months later i start getting harrased to make a payment or face repossession. Ive been in your branch and have called your loan office a million times these past few months it seems and every time im told to ignore the calls and letters that all i have to do is keep you updated and that not to worry because i only owe 1300 out of 13000 and that you guys wouldnt take my car. Here i am at MIDNIGHT writing this stupid review because you guys decided to take my car. Im a single mom, currently 8 months pregnant with a 6 year old at home. You guys are disgusting. I also see im not the only one whos had problems with your very poorly ran auto loans

Very unhappy with my experience. I have financed my car for a year with Westmark and have never been late on a payment. This past month there was an electronic error with my bank and my auto payment did not come out. Instead of notifying me via mail OR phone, they repossessed my car. I asked what steps were necessary to get the car back and they told me a total payoff of $30000 was required. I offered to pay over 5x the amount of the missed payment and they would not accept that. Very frustrating that I was a on time paying customer for a year and this is how they handled the situation.

I have my star from 1 to 5 stars, because we had an issue and at first it seemed that the company didn't care. But then when I contacted said company on multiple platforms, we got an answer from someone in charge and they made it right. I want to thank Westmark for this. It seems they do care about the military personnel after all.
