Ted came to Rexburg in 1986 and opened the still existing GRINGO'S Mexican Restaurant. When Ted met and married his wife Nancy, he sold the restaurant and purchased a convenience store and car wash. After working both day and night they decided Ted would get his real estate license in 1991 and join his Associate Broker wife, Nancy, in Rexburg. They formed the selling team of "Spouses Selling Houses" and enjoyed working together for many years. Ted succeeded quickly, being a natural at sales and loving to work with people! Ted has consistently achieved Centurion status, Double Centurion, and Grand Centurion, the highest level in the Century 21 System.

Ted Whyte serves the entire Upper Valley, Idaho real estate market including the surrounding communities such as Rexburg, Idaho Falls, Ammon, Shelley, Rigby, Sugar City, Ririe, St. Anthony, Ashton.
