Ted was a pleasure to work with in buying a home. We were not able to be present and he was considerate to show us the neighborhood, the pros and cons of the home and help us through every detail. He is a man of his word and has a wide range of knowledge.

We are beyond grateful to have had Ted as our Realtor. We were moving to Idaho from another state and Teds expertise and guidance was invaluable. We bought our new home without seeing it in person and Ted was our eyes and ears. He walked us through every step and answered every call and text. We ran into some issues at closing (on our buyer for our old houses end) as we were driving 12 hours with a truck full of dogs to Idaho and Ted did backflips to make sure we had a place to land when we arrived if our old house didnt close as expected.
