        I was trying to help pay my mom's storage and the lady Shelly wouldn't help, when I asked why she started yelling at me! I had to hang up. I called back and asked if we can talk without yelling and she hung up on me! How unprofessional!

        This is in regards to the review Pat Wallace left and the response from the owners. Back in March of 2022 mine and my husband's unit was broke into and two others that were beside ours. We had over $1,000 worth of stereo equipment stolen and the only thing the owner said to us is that we should have had insurance. We were assigned a detective and was given a case number. So yes there has been a break in at this facility.

        Was not happy at all....service was horrible. Can't get anyone to pick up ah phone in the place...could not even call back..the unit next door got robbed...and the cameras were not working and gate was broke.....would definitely find another place ....this place is sh joke..

      We do not have Faye Hindberg as a tenant and have never spoken to her. We are having an issue with someone trying to get their friends to write unfavorable and completely untrue reviews about our business. For those of you that are trying to sabotage us you should be ashamed of yourselves and know that we have reported all of this to Google. We are an honest hard working family owned and operated business that is just trying to make a living and support ourselves and our children. Just know that when you try and sabotage us that you hurt our children in the process.

      In regards to Pat Wallace whom you know. He has never been a client of ours and getting your friends to give false feedback is very selfish because you are trying to deter others from experiencing a well run, clean, secure, and family run business. However, we do know you are disgruntled because we have worked with you the past two years with continuous late payments, leaving trash and debris, and not following our guidelines; thus we had to terminate your contract with us. Good luck with you in the future with renting at another facility. All well run storage facilities have high expectations and guidelines to ensure their tenants have a safe and clean environment to store their belongings. Hopefully, you can change your behaviors so you will not run into the same problems with future storage facilities. Most facilities will not have the patience to work with you for 2 years like Post Falls Mini Storage. Thank you and God Bless.

      Hi Pat. You have left a review for the wrong facility. We have never rented a unit to anyone named Pat Wallace. We are Post Falls Mini Storage located at 2842 W. Seltice Way. We have never had anyone "robbed" and have new state of the art security cameras the reach every single unit at our facility. We also have a brand new gate and keypad system that has never been broken. It sounds like you have had a bad experience with another facility. Good luck in locating the facility you are trying to leave a review for.
