Pretzelmaker

Very disrespected. A teenager gal was very rude and disrespectful. Went to go pay and had a card with no chip. States swipe doesnt work. Another gal came over and said yes it does. They tried the card one time and error came up. The one gal said probably dont have money. ( which I do checked before I came in) ended up using a different card. Very rude though. Would really like a manager to reach out. You dont disrespect paying customers. Also refused to make smoothies. Shouldnt have people working there who arent willing to do their job or be respectful to customers.

I do like the pretzels here they taste great! Im just upset that I went into get some at 4:30 Sunday and they were closed I wish they would update the times on google.

Waited 20 minutes, while 2 workers went on break at the same time, stating they were under staffed, leaving all lights off as if they were shutting down. Forgot we ordered when I asked what happened to our order, didnt make or hand out our correct order. No gloves were worn until after their break and couldnt tell if hands were washed. But got a free soda..

Dawnell and her staff did a fantastic job serving us. The pretzels were spot on and we will be back again due to solid service with a smile.

The staff is always friendly and smiling and usually the food is just outta the oven. So good! Addicted! Cant beat that reward program either. Parking: Lots of parking since its the mall Kid-friendliness: The employees were so nice to my kid.
