The food was great, the service was excellent. We had a party of 6 and we were seated at a table for 6 but barely had any room at the table. I was a little upset on reading the menu that tables for 10 or more there is a 20% gratuity fee. Webster's definition of gratuity: something given voluntarily or beyond obligation usually for some service. Also IDK if they charge taxes on the gratuity as part of the sale on the gratuity but it would be illegal in Idaho. IMO if you don't tip then you are rude. They could call it a staffing fee to be applied if the tip is lower than 20%, this is my suggestion. If you tip well, then the next time you go into a place they'll remember you and you will likely get better service and vice versa. Working in the food industry is difficult, stressful and requires speed, accuracy and it's an art both on the server and cook side. Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the table and the menu saying gratuity fee.
