    We called to get get a problem fixed with our 8 year old furnace, and were told it would cost around 1,400 to get the board replaced. They then tried to gaslight us into replacing our furnace by telling us it will just cost more and more money every year. We looked into the replacement, and after hearing prices we decided to get a second opinion. Precision heating and air came by today and quoted us $400 dollars to fix the issue at hand. Dont recommend this company as they seem to be hiking prices up in order to sell a new furnace. We are glad it didnt work on us, but warn others to get a second opinion before using this company.

    The plumber never showed up for the appointment, I guess they never recorded it when we agreed on the day and time. Im happy they never showed up though because it saved me hundreds of dollars because they quoted me an outrageous price in hindsight. If youre in Pocatello/ Chubbuck area go with B & G plumbing. They responded in a timely manner and charged me a reasonable price.

    DONT USE CHAIN COMPANIES, CALL YOUR LOCAL BUSINESS!! Edit to reply: its laughable to say it has been running flawlessly, as the 2 years have gone by its gotten louder and just didnt sound like it was running well at all and I KNEW something like this was going to happen. Why do you think I called so many times asking about things like the air return? This isnt standard maintenance and we just got it serviced not that long ago. It is barely 3 years old! This is a code 55, which is a weird codeyou switched out pressure switches and it didnt fix it. You told your employee to just pull the sensor for the moisture, that sensor is there for a reason. Our inducer is running when it is not supposed to be and we are pretty sure we are going to have to replace the whole circuit board. I canceled our appointment because I DO NOT trust your business, or that things will actually be fixed and not just taking shortcuts. with how many things that has happened how are we supposed to? Since this seems to be about the only way to get any attention from the company, I am making another review. We got this furnace in 2021 because our old furnace would randomly shut on and off (due to moisture issues). So we paid a bunch of money and got a new furnace and cooling system. We have had constant issues, like them not hooking up air returns which I had to call about the gaping hole they just left so our crawl space smell was coming up through our house. When I called them about it, they sent people to just block it off and didnt hook up an air return which I dont feel like is very great because now our system is relying on one air return (that is now soo loud and is like a vacuum trying to get enough air). I asked multiple times if thats enough air return and they assured me it was. When a supervisor finally came to our house they said they couldnt hook up an air return in our kitchen due to code but our house is open concept, everything can be considered the kitchen and dining area then to placate me now I figured out they said they would move our thermostat for free because apparently it wasnt good in the kitchen area again. But only If I took my 1 star review down. Well fast forward to now, we never got our 1 year follow up service for buying the system, call and they had a service tech come out. The guy said that our furnace was giving another moisture reading but he got everything cleaned up. And now low and behold our furnace is randomly shutting off again just like our old furnace and I can about guarantee its because of moisture! Had a guy come out, they wanted him to just pull the sensor so it wouldnt read anything, and he did he also put in a new pressure switch! But it just happened again today and our furnace is not working again, just shut off. So really they dont actually listen to what the problem is, and they try to just do quick fixes that could potentially ruin the furnace and around and around we go with them. I also want to note that the service guys and the service guy that came out when it happened at first was great! I had no issues with them whatsoever, they are just doing their job and what they are told. my problems is with the companies higher ups that seem to just want to sell sell sell and not actually fix issues, and potentially cause future issues so we have to buy another new furnace. We are now going to get a local company to come out and see what the actual problem is and why they wont actually fix the problem and why my brand new furnace is now not workingwhich they said this new furnace would fix the problem we had with our old furnace and it was the only solution to our problem. That our old furnace was toast. But now Im realizing we may have just paid $10,000 for nothing. Im getting all service notes and we will be getting some money back from this company.

We had the pleasure of installing a new furnace, air conditioner, and coil for you on 6/25/2021. Your system ran flawlessly until February 20th of 2024, when we received a call stating that your furnace was not operating; that issue was addressed for no charge outside of your service fee. We then heard from you again this morning stating that you again have no heat. An appointment was set, but you then opted to cancel that appointment. Ms. Hansen, your HVAC system is no different than any other piece of equipment in that it requires maintenance, and it experiences normal wear and tear. We know indisputably that your equipment was installed correctly, safely, and with quality workmanship, as again, it performed flawlessly from 2021 to 2024. We are more than happy to continue to stand behind your manufacturers warranty if you choose to reset your appointment. We wish you the best.
