        Went in over a week ago to have the oil changed on my wife's mazda cx9, the kid that changed the oil did a horrible job, spilled oil all over the undercarriage.. same day I noticed oil in my garage when I got home.. I figured it's from them draining it and what not.. I went to the car wash twice since then and a week later I still have oil dripping from the undercarriage all over my expoxy floor. It's bad enough they raised the price on a 4 cly oil change to 110 dollars but if your gonna charge that much, please be more professional. Next time I'll go to valvoline next door. Also on your service check list, you stated that you reset my oil maintenance light, well that was a lie.. I just did it myself since that wasn't done. I'm so disappointed with this company.

        Thought I would give them a try again after not having used them for several years as they were slightly less expensive than the competitor. Well, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Had to return to the store the day after a basic oil change because of leaking oil. After sitting waiting to hear something on my car for half an hour, I went and asked someone if they were going to look at it, when I was then told, weve looked at it and the filter wasnt installed correctly the first time so the manager went to get a new one that info would have been good to know while I waited. They replace the filter and apologized and sent me on my way again. Next day I still have oil on my garage floor. We take it back, again, to have them look at it and say we dont see a leak from the filter, it could be the main rear seal, but well clean it up and take a look again (mind you there was no leak prior to coming for this oil change so Im not sure why they would say that) The crew seemed unmotivated, lacking in customer service skills and apparently unable to do the basics of the job at hand. Suffice it to say, Ill be going back to the competitor.
