One of the worst car dealers! Most of the employees are rude! Theres no transparency in their bills; I had a coupon from Costco they dont show how it was reflected in the receipt. Besides I bought the oil change offer then I decided to cancel it; the service manager forgot to send the cancellation form to the accounting department. When I called them a month later that said they dont have my form. Then when I asked the manager about the issue he said itll take 2 to 3 weeks to get my refund after an elapsed month; thats unfair and not acceptable. Its their mistake ! I dont recommend it at all!

I came from out of state to pick up a 2024 Tundra and it was well worth it! My salesperson, Mark R, ordered me an Uber from the airport and everything went smoothly. Mark made it so easy to get in, sign a few documents and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes.
