I started working here appx 4 months ago, and I couldn't be happier. The people here are so supportive and helpful. They showed me kindness and understanding. I love working with such wonderful people. I started as a Respite Care Provider and in less than 4 months I got my Peer Support Certification and my Youth Support Completion. As a Respite Care Provider, I basically played with the kids by taking them to the park, YMCA, library, or any other place kids love to go to be entertained. I have had so much fun going to these different places. I did stuff I haven't done in many many years. I jumped from a rope on a tree to the river and at the 'Y' went swimming and down a slide that made me feel like a kid again. As a Peer and Youth Support, the difference is you will have goals that should be work on with our support. There's so much still to learn and I look forward to grow with this company.
