It was my son's 2 year checkup appointment with Dr Jose Bolanos Rivera and my first experience at Full Circle was exceptional. The front desk was kind, and our nurse was very friendly. I was a little nervous because I didn't really know what to expect, since we moved out of state, but they took care of my son, our nurse offered him some legos to play with during his checkup, and he had a blast. Jose also interacted with my son. He was kind enough to give me some recommendations for his development while highlighting what I was doing really well. I had a great experience and I look forward to coming back. Thank you Full Circle.

The front desk is hit or miss. Sometimes they answer the phones sometimes they dont. Miscommunication is the only standard they have.

Changed my rating. Front desk people are very hit or miss. Sometimes they wow me, other times they hang up while I am mid sentence. Honestly, I go to the doctor less because of some interactions I've had. The Healthcare itself is good, just mediocre customer service on average.
