        My appt. With Christie Flynn was good and thorough. She is always great to listen to my concerns and address any issues. She covers questions about my meds and health with information and feedback that I can put into practice in my daily life and she has always responded through MyChart when I have questions. I had labs pulled and results were posted in a very timely fashion. Thank you for the opportunity to expound on what a good job PA Flynn does!

        Absolutely horrible experience. Showed up 2 minutes late to my 10am appointment and the gate keeper checking people in refused to let them see me. Two minutes late and refused to see me for a quick appointment asking for some labs. Ive never been treated that way at St. Alphonsus. So if youre two minutes late they refuse to see you, but when you get here on time youre waiting for 30 minutes to be seen. No customer service.
