My doctor Banas is amazing, however I have lost faith in almost everything now. My fiance went in for a possible blood clot, and other problems. They ignore her problems and tell her it's simple things such as anxiety. I know it's not and I know that I also can't do anything about it. These days it's just a simple get in get out. When someone comes in with a chopped off arm it's... Just take some cold medicine you'll be fine. Doctors aren't doctors anymore and honestly I feel defeated. Nothing against banas she's a good doctor. But she's not my fiances doctor and also not part of emergency I don't think. I guess we're just numbers nowadays and once we die from misdiagnosis, they don't even look twice. I mean why would they. They're still getting paid to tell us things like we have brain stomach and or it's just a pain in your chest from anxiety don't worry about it other symptoms and go home.

I've been a patient here for a number of years (6+). While the staff and PCPs are generally pleasant and competent, there must be something wrong because the turnover is TERRIBLE. I've had four different doctors because they keep quitting. The lab turnover is high as is the front desk/billing staff. Almost every time I go in, it's starting from the beginning as far as providing my history is concerned. AND every time they change my doctor, they bill the insurance for a comprehensive exam instead of the wellness exam covered by Medicare. Must be a terrible place to work...

Check in staff are rude. You can never talk to your doctor when you call in or leave a message. The nurses dont listen always rush and tell me people dont live like that. I have tried different doctors here and all the staff here will dismiss your feelings and you will never get in touch with your doctor unless you have mychart. I have gone months with out my meds because they cant do their jobs.

Convenient and close for me. My PCP is here along with the convenience of labs. Labs are usually a 20min wait, sometimes sooner. Plenty of parking.
