MGM Management is a joke. I sold my house in Windsor Estate in January; however, they continue to harass and bully me for payments. I have call them twice and they will not answer their phone. They tell you to leave a message and they will look into the issue and call you back. They don't call you back they send a text message, they want you to do their job for them, they were notified when the house sold and who the new owners were, yet they continue to harass me. I have filed complaints with the BBB and Idaho Attorney General's Office.

We had terrible experiences with the management association prior for our HOA, then MGM became the new management company. Now things are worse than before. Terrible communication around issues. Terrible with explaining what the issues' causes are. All after a long meeting telling everyone they were different then the last and pride themselves on their ability to work with us. All lies. Each of us in the HOA will get different stories about our issues from landscaping of common areas to irrigation pump getting maintained. If you have a choice, do NOT do business with them.

Do not give these crooks your money. Not only do they steal your money, by faking notices, but even worse, the owner of the company has been accused by multiple neighbors of taking compromising pictures of young girls at the community pool then fleeing when police are contacted. These people belong in prison. Time to lock them up.

A little unresponsive and detached. There is no easy way to get should of ANYONE in an emergency, especially the HOA board members.
