PMI Treasure Valley

I was our HOA President and worked with a management company that sold our contract to Paul at PMI Treasure Valley. Paul had to hit the ground running with our HOA that had some issues. It took a minimal amount of time for him to get up to speed but he did a great job despite. He was fair, honest, knowledgable, and helpful. He also had a pleasant personality and a good listening ear. I would recommend Paul Justice to any HOA considering him. He'll do a good job for you.

How fortunate our HOA was to connect with Paul Justice at PMI Treasure Valley last Fall. We are a very small group of homes but needing support in several areas. PMI has been very helpful in getting new or renewed contracts; finding companies or individuals to deal with community needs; and keeping in touch with all these companies to make sure the jobs have been completed. They are easy to work with and communicate well.

We recently hired PMI to manage our community in Caldwell. To date they have provided excellent, timely & responsive. If I dont receive an answer by phone, I leave a message and get a return phone call within an hour or so. When Ive made a request of them it has, without exception, been handled right away.
