        This is the second time I've been a tenant of Home River Group, and I could not be more pleased with them. I almost fell out of my chair when I received not only a greeting card but also a gift card thanking me for being a tenant! The only thing I ever received from other property managers was a bill or grief. HRG cares about their properties and tenants and always strive to make sure both are taken care of. Any maintenance requests are handled with urgency and respect. I have had some truly bad experiences in the past, but HomeRiver Group isn't one of them. It's nice to feel taken care of and not taken advantage of.
