We were tossed around from one team to another and felt so in the dark about everything. First time home buyers, we didnt know how the process worked and were never explained anything unless we asked. At least its over now, wish we would have gone with someone else. Examples: closing costs were $3500+ more than estimated, escrow money.

Outstanding communication! From the start to the end, their team provided excellent customer service while moving us through the process. Emails and texts made it easy to keep our loan on track and to make sure we were not missing anything. Their portal is very easy to upload. Ive used other lenders in the past, and it was a very painful process. This was not the case with Premier. We had a great experience and we closed our loan in record time. I would highly recommend Premier and Mandi and her team.
