Dan Doster far exceeds expectations. He is personable, easily accessible by phone (yes, he actually answers his phone!), text or email and the odd time I might have to leave a message for him, he consistently responded in a reasonable amount of time. We're from out of state and greatly appreciated his proactive explanations of items specific to Idaho including applying for the reduction in ID real estate taxes. He goes out of the way to make the process understandable and helped with finding local contacts (for example, home insurance which resulted in a $1k savings alone). We can't say enough about how great it is to work with Dan. In our books, if you're applying for a mortgage as a first time home buyer, or experienced...Dan's the man!
