        I was very disappointed with TownePlace suites by Marriott Boise West. I asked them to clean my room. I left the hotel at 10:30 AM in the morning came back to the hotel at 8 PM and my room was not clean at all. Nothing was done. I was here for five days And they cleaned my room only one day.. I usually choose Marriott over any other brand of hotels, but now Im rethinking my choices here. This was disappointing, especially since there is a specific request on my room file to clean the room today. When you pay for a hotel room, you pay for service, including Cleaning.

        Great hotel off I-84 that is an easy on/off the freeway. Clean, quiet. Nice staff. Room was great with a small kitchen for our needs (infant traveling to see Great Grandma). Plan to make this our new spot for visiting! Thanks for a great stay!

        We stay here often but the last three visits they have had issues with their hot tub and pool being out of service. The pool and hot tub are the main reason we stay at this location.

        Great stay, was happy to be out of the Hyatt and into a hotel with good service. Check in with super fast and he was so polite and funny. Quickly upgraded me to a two bedroom room suite and made us feel welcome. Comfortable quiet rooms didnt hear the freeway at all.
