I have personally stayed with hotel twice- and wouldn't have it any other way. Traveling for business is already stressful, but they made my life easier. Every person I have had the pleasure of meeting who works here is beyond amazing. They TRULY go out of their way to make sure your stay is amazing through and through. My favorite experience so far was my phone charger wasn't working- super late- so I ran down to the lobby in hopes of a charger. They didn't sell them but the most sweetest young girl let me use hers instead. That will forever leave a perfect impression for me. I'll only pick this hotel when I'm out here. Thank you Tu Hilton and staff! Rockstars!

For a one night stay, this was the perfect choice. Everything was nice, clean, and comfortable. I wouldn't recommend it for a long term stay because the rooms are very minimalist & not storage space. But other than that, our stay was very enjoyable.

GENERAL MANAGER THREATENED MY FRIEND BECAUSE OF MY REVIEW: Had a friend come to town to visit and went with her to check in because she wasnt feeling well. We were going to ask to check in early so she could rest. Victoria didnt acknowledge us and then gave us dirty looks when we made our way to the desk. We asked to check in, again there was no smile, she gave us dirty looks and was annoyed to the point it felt hostile. She never greeted us, just said whats the name. Of course there were no rooms to check in early, which I understand happens but the interaction with her made me feel like I shouldnt leave my friend alone there to fend for herself while she wasnt feeling her best. I wont ever recommend this hotel even though its so close to us. UPDATE: The General Manager came over to my friend in the lobby after I had left and said that she knew I had written a bad review, had looked at security footage and saw nothing and asked her to ask me to take my review down!!! This is shocking unprofessional and unacceptable service in the hospitality industry! She also told my friend I want you to stay here but I also have to look out for my employees THIS IS A THREAT, my friend was so uncomfortable and felt attacked, there is no other way to see this. I had a friend come to see me and this is NO WAY to treat guests and telling me that because I wasnt a guest doesnt give me the right to review is again BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. There was no professional conversation between the Gm and my friend, she was told she could be kicked out because of my review on YOUR bad service. This is exactly what reviews are for, to inform the public when the business refuses to admit fault or make changes and tries to cover up bad behavior.
