    The rooms were very clean, and the service was great, but the atmosphere was loud and kids everywhere. I do believe it was also being used for other purposes such as maybe a shelter. Noteworthy details: A lot of kids and people from far away places.

    Where do I begin. First walk in and the lobby is a meeting room for refugees and their social workers. The front desk workers were nice. The hallway smelled like body odor and dead animals. In our hallway there was a fight between 2 of the refugees and the police were called in the middle of the night. There was a constant flow of refugees being dropped off from the airport. The refrigerator in our room didnt work, however it was replaced within the hour. There was no coffee in the room and the only coffee offered in the lobby you had to pay for. Only 2 plastic cups in the room, no hand towels. No supplies in the kitchen. My take on this place is it was specifically built to house refugees, with the hotel being a frontage. Your tax dollars at work. Rooms: The were not fully stocked with customary supplies. Safety: With all the refugees and the fight in the hallway; that the police had to be called for; we did not feel safe. Food & drinks: No complementary food or drinks.

    DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I would give it a minus rating if that was allowed. While the room looked OK at first, the walls were paper thin. I assume it was a child who was banging on the wall non stop for the hour we could stand it. We didn't even bring our bags in. Children were outside playing and screaming and after a long day driving this was completely unacceptable. We were in the room at most an hour and left disgusted. We walked out. We found another hotel and I called promptly asking for a refund. I was told a manager would call me back after I explained the situation, this was on 3/8 still no call. When I asked about a refund was told they do not give any. I have contacted the general manager about the situation....so far nothing. I will be disputing this charge. Avoid like the plague if you want a quiet place to stay. We will see if a reply is given by the general manager regarding this review. Maybe this is the only way to get a reply.
