    I ordered prints online using the ups store website, selecting this store. My order was confirmed and date and time for instore pickup accepted. (I pre-paid for this print job) I arrived to pick up my order and it was not done. The older gal who was the employee was THE WORST. Said they don't do the printing there and don't get the orders. She would not tell me how to get a refund, refused to give me an 800 number I could call for assistance and then told me to use my "fancy smart phone" to look up the website, to which she said she has never looked at. OMG I soooo bad! Now I've been waiting on hold with the UPS store phone for over an hour trying to get my money back!!!!

    Rude, I don't like the hopping around. Please get my business done and move on to next customer. I shouldn't have to wait, she waited on 4 other customers while I waited to get label put on my package. NOT HAPPY

    If I could give this stores customer service a negative rating, I would. Tried to track a package that was shipped from the store but couldn't track. Called locate and she would not help track it down. She wouldn't even ask my name or tracking number. Complete disregard for customer. Rude, rude, rude!!!

    I travel for work and get job prints all the time. Have worked in over 10 states and many more towns/cities. So I've been to probably 30+ UPS locations and this older woman working there was the most rude employee ever came across and had the worst customer service . She pretty much kicked me out and told me to take my business somewhere else cause I didn't want to purchase prints that they messed up on.

    I tried to leave a labeled drop off package on the counter. I was told forcefully that I couldn’t do that. I was told I must go to the end of the line of people mailing packages, Does UPS have some new regulations that I I don’t know sbout?
