The Evergreen Hotel

We made a reservation and one day later, four days before our stay, my mother in-law was in an accident. When we called to cancle they refused to give us a refund on a almost $200 room. I could understand if we tried to cancle the day of or even 2 days before our stay, but they had plenty of time to fill the room. They also refused to move our reservation to a later date so we could make it. Will not patronize this business again.

Great location, brand new renovated rooms, good sized pool and hot tub. The ambience in the pool at night was amazing. Not so good list. We booked in December for a February trip and distinctly saw free breakfast. Although we're told it's paid breakfast. While not a big deal, a bit of a turnoff. The hallways were very brightly lit, to the point you could see the light from the room. Pool was indoors but was ice cold and unusable in winters. Gym was a good sized hotel gym but the equipment was old and falling apart. Rooms: food sized, brand new renovation Nearby activities: lake, snow activities, Safety: very safe Walkability: walking distance from grocery store, food and lake. Food & drinks: No complimentary breakfast. Coffee and tea provided in rooms Noteworthy details: Great decorations. Pool ambience at night was awesome.

McCall Winter Carnival 2024 held Local CRAFT FAIR in the Hotel. Beautifl items throughout the Booths. I hope they all had GREAT SALES! I meet a small herd of DEER leaving the Hotel. They were up at the Front entrance if the Hotel. I stopped to view them and a few came up to the car window! See Pics Below. I believe they are White tail deer. They are common in the area so please be careful!

First time to McCall and it was a blast. The Evergreen hotel and staff were absolutely incredible. The deluxe room was amazing. Clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back. Rooms: Deluxe rooms are very spacious with 2 queens, two flat screens, and a sitting area. Nearby activities: 10-15 minute walk to downtown McCall! Food & drinks: Breakfast lunch and coffee bar all located within hotel.
