Shout out to Sarah with a huge thank you for making my recent photo shoot such a fun and enjoyable experience. I will be turning 50 soon and recently celebrated 22 years of marriage with my husband. I was racking my brain on what to get him for Xmas, but with the big 5-0 looming over me soon too, I thought why not do something for the both of us. After a lot of research of local photographers, I contacted Sarah and talked to her about what I was thinking. We decided on a boudoir shoot and she was very thorough in explaining how it works and what I should wear and bring. I arrived in full makeup and hair and we got to work! After 50 years and 2 kids, my body isnt what it used to be, and I was wondering what in the heck was I thinking... but Sarah made me feel welcome and comfortable. She put some fun music on and took a few test shots and my nerves started to calm. After a few minutes I was having a great time and feeling like a drop dead woman again! Its the most fun Ive had in awhile & I left excited to see the proofs in a couple weeks. Let me just say, when I went back to view the proofs...my own jaw dropped and I couldnt believe the stunning beauty I was looking at....was me. As I scrolled through I was amazed at how beautiful they all turned out. I ended up ordering several copies in color and black and white and a 5x7 glass photo box to put them in to wrap for my husbands Xmas gift. Can I just say, I havent seen my husband stare that hard and his mouth drop that far since we were dating!!! There are now photos of his wife on his desk at work, on our bedroom wall and on his nightstand. He absolutely loves them! I would of never thought in a million years Id be ordering an 11x14 print of myself for a gift to hang in our bedroom! This journey with Sarah just reminded me that sometimes we need to show not only our husbands, but ourselves just how beautiful we are! Thank you Sarah for making me feel like the gorgeous woman I had forgot I was.
