Exceeded my expectations! Aaron took headshots for my online professional profiles. SO worth the investment. Aaron walked me through what to bring, explained the steps and timeline to receive the edited photos, and turned an unphotogenic ball of nerves into the polished professional I am. Can't thank him enough.

We had Aaron come to our home in Rigby. He did a photo shoot for my 3 year old son's birthday. We agreed on a few of our favorite photos and he told me that he would have final edits done asap. I haven't heard from him since the 29th of March. I have written 8 emails and called 4 times along with texts and voice-mails. I am lost as to the next steps to take.... I don't want to put the guy on blast as he was very nice in person but 30 days with zero contact is not good business. Apparently there is a whole Beware of Aaron Robinson Photography Facebook page that we just became aware of tonight, so we are not the first. Hell take your money and not give you a single photo. Edit after response: Giving us a dumpster fire of unusable photos doesn't count. We paid for photos and can't use a single one. We are also not in receipt of any of prints, which we pre-paid $200 for.

Its with a very heavy heart that I have to give Aaron a negative review. He came and did my extended familys photo in mid April and I havent heard from him since. While at the photo shoot he was very nice, personable, accommodating, professional, and shot everything we wanted for our big family. He had me make a down payment to reserve my time, and then he received payment in full at the time of the photo shoot. However, after many emails, texts, calls, and even trying three different times to reach him during business hours at his studio, I still havent heard back or seen my pictures. Aaron/Tiffany, if you are reading this, please return my phone calls, texts, emails, so I can get the link to the pictures that I paid for.
